I dig geek TV: Ultimate Factories, Build it Bigger... that kind of stuff, on Discovery or NatGeo.

I don't read as much as I'd like, but I have some strong favorites.  A Prayer for Owen Meany and The Golden Gate are two.

I'm an ISTJ.

I actually care about the difference in "less" and "fewer", or properly conjugating "lie" and "lay". Plenty of people find this annoying.  But I say, "Sticklers unite."

Jog or gym?  Gym.

I'm the proud new daddy of a Miniature Schnauzer puppy named Nanu.

My first computer course was in COBOL, at a local community college, when I was 12.  We used punch cards on an IBM 360. It was retro cool.

I'm a fan of Tintin,  Kleinen Arschloch, Yuroz, and Fryes.

My Fantasy Island fantasy would be to play Rachmaninoff's 2nd Piano Concerto (or at least up until that really hard part on p. 17) with a full symphony orchestra.  Nobody need be in the audience.

Hamptons or Fire Island?  Definitely Fire Island.
